Returns aren't possible due to FDA regulations. If for any reasons you aren't satisfied with your order please contact our support team and they will be glad to assist you. Complete refunds are usually offered to our customers for satisfaction reasons.


Cancellation and Refund

Orders are processed and sent for shipping within 1-2 business days of the order date. In this time frame customers can cancel orders, no questions asked, and no charge will be applied to their account, simply by emailing us at support@newlifedepot.com or calling us at 1.888.595.1275

Once the order shipped, we will issue a refund for the following reasons:

•  shipping delays - over 21 business days since shipment

   

•  undeliverable or lost order

   

•  wrong medicine
